The
Hoffenheimer Sisters are retired music teachers who supplement
their pensions by performing a musical duo act. They
believe that it is their responsibility to "bring Classical
music to the masses".
Adah &
Orpha's popularity has blossomed as their fame has spread by
word of mouth among church groups, Elks, Lions, and
Shriners groups. They are also popular for entertainment
at class reunions, retirement & literary groups.
The
Sisters' unique combination of classical and "pop" music has
found many an appreciative audience. They really are
quite entertaining, although sometimes they get caught up in
picking on one another, an unfortunate consequence of having
lived together as spinsters their entire lives. Surprisingly
they simply consider themselves "undiscovered treasures", but
make no mistake Orpha is always on the lookout for that
special bald gentleman (much to Adah's chagrin)!
If
you are interested in having the Sisters perform for one of
your upcoming events, please call or email them.
